Appointments within next 48 hours: telephone 01-2831143 as usual.

Appointments longer than 48 hours away you can e-mail reception@slievemore-clinic.com and ask for an appointment with your doctor of choice and preferred time. We'll respond within 12 hours asking you to confirm the time and day. Some appointments take longer than others so there may be an exchange of e-mails until we're sure we know what exactly you require.

Prescriptions: choose which doctor usually writes your prescriptions and type in the exact drugs, dosage and quantity required. It's not enough to ask for 'the usual' or 'whatever is on my records'.

Please understand this facility cannot replace a medical consultation. We cannot (and for medico-legal reasons will not) respond to direct medical queries. While we can occasionally help and advise with queries relating to ongoing therapy we may not give specific advice by e-mail. You'll have to trust our judgement on what is suitable or not.

Often we are asked to provide material (especially health questionnaires) that can be downloaded, completed and e-mailed back. For your personal security this facility is not available. Faxed medical questionnaires will not be faxed back (again to protect your medical records security)
