Monica Healy

Ultrasonographer

Monica Healy trained as a Radiographer in London Ontario Canada. She did further studies in Ultrasound at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences / University of Toronto Ontario Canada graduating in 1995. She has worked in a number of facilities such as Sick Kids and St. Michael's Hospital Toronto Ontario. She spent ten years at London Health Sciences Centre University Campus and Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic in London Ontario Canada.
 
Monica is certified and listed with the Fetal Medicine Foundation & Centre in the UK.
 
Monica has been in Ireland for four years. She previously held the Clinical Specialist Radiographer position at St. Vincent's University Hospital Dublin and has lectured to the Ultrasound students at UCD on Sonography of the carotid arteries and Sonography of the Pancreas.
 
Her specialties include Obstetrics, Vascular, General, Gynaecalogical, small parts and musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound.
 
Monica belongs to all relevent professional bodies such as IIR, BMUS, ARDMS and CARDUP
