Aoife graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in Sport Science & Health from Dublin City University in 2004. She then completed a two year Masters degree in Physiotherapy from Teeside University, Middlesbrough, UK. Since then Aoife has consolidated her experience working in private practice in Dublin.

Aoife has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, having worked for several years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer prior to undertaking her Physiotherapy qualifications. She is team physiotherapist for Leinster Schools A Rugby team and currently also working with Old Wesley (U20s) Rugby Team. Aoife travelled internationally with the Irish U16 Hockey team in 2008. In 2008 Aoife qualified as a STOTT Pilates instructor and has experience in teaching a wide range of classes for all ability levels.
