Guidelines for referring doctors wishing to have a patient investigated

Referral guidelines: check what we test (section 6), then tick the box below that most suits your patient’s needs.

  • if you wish to have a basic allergy test (15 extracts) with results sent back.
  • for a full allergy (40 extracts) test with results sent back for follow up.
  • if you wish your patient to have same day allergy testing (40 extracts), consultation and management strategy advice.
  • if you wish your patient to have an allergy test (40 extracts), fiberoptic assessment of the upper airways with digital image record and management advice.
  • if you request naso-endoscopy alone (no allergy testing) with digital imagery returned for your assessment.
